Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant. Must hold a valid license in the state of practice. Strong clinical evaluation and treatment planning skills. Ability to maintain accurate patient records. Experience in directing support personnel preferred. Commitment to ongoing education and compliance with departmental policies.
