Physical Therapist/ Pta (Licensed) - Canton

Provides physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders. Responsibilities include evaluating patients to assess their physical condition and functional limitations, establishing treatment goals, and developing individualized therapy programs. Administers therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function. Maintains accurate and timely patient records, progress notes, and documentation of treatment sessions. Assists with directing and supervising physical therapy technicians and support personnel to ensure quality care delivery. Assumes responsibility for accurate physical therapy charges and billing documentation. Participates in ongoing educational programs and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.

Licensed as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice. Graduate of an accredited physical therapy or physical therapist assistant program. Strong clinical evaluation and treatment planning skills. Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, patients, and interdisciplinary team members. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required.
