【岗位职责】 根据医嘱为患者提供物理治疗服务；评估患者身体状况和功能限制，制定治疗目标并开发个性化治疗方案；实施治疗性运动、手法治疗及其他干预措施以改善活动能力、力量和功能；准确及时地维护患者记录、进展报告及治疗文档；协助指导并监督物理治疗技师及辅助人员以确保高质量护理；负责物理治疗费用及账单文档的准确性；参与持续教育项目和专业发展活动以保持最佳实践。 【任职要求】 持有物理治疗师或物理治疗助理执照（Licensed）。

Licensed as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice. Graduate of an accredited physical therapy or physical therapist assistant program. Strong clinical evaluation and treatment planning skills. Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, patients, and interdisciplinary team members. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required.
