Physical Therapist - Therapy/Rehab

The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services to patients. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, setting treatment goals, planning and implementing therapy programs in accordance with physician orders. The therapist maintains required patient records and notes, directs technicians and support personnel, and assumes responsibility for physical therapy charges. Additionally, the therapist participates in educational programs and adheres to all department and organizational policies.

Licensed Physical Therapist. Strong clinical evaluation and treatment planning skills. Ability to direct and supervise support staff. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to policies.
