As a Bilingual Loan Sales Specialist at the Airport location, you will be responsible for driving loan sales by engaging with customers and understanding their financial needs. Your primary duties include: Customer Engagement: Proactively approach customers in the airport environment to identify their financing needs for life’s expenses, such as travel, emergencies, or other personal costs. Listen attentively to their requirements and provide clear, friendly explanations of loan products and terms. Sales and Origination: Generate new loan applications by effectively presenting OneMain’s financing options. Guide customers through the application process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets in a competitive, fast-paced setting. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria. Tailor recommendations to each customer’s financial situation, emphasizing affordability and convenience. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service throughout the loan lifecycle, from initial inquiry to closing. Address customer questions and concerns promptly, fostering trust and satisfaction. Compliance and Accuracy: Adhere to all regulatory and company policies regarding loan origination, data privacy, and fair lending. Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are documented accurately. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, support team goals, and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product expertise. Performance Tracking: Monitor personal sales metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
