As a Loan Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving loan sales by engaging with customers to understand their financial needs and offering appropriate lending solutions. Your primary duties include: - Proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers to present loan products and services. - Conducting thorough needs assessments to match customers with suitable financing options. - Processing loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is collected. - Explaining loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules clearly to customers. - Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets in a competitive, goal-oriented environment. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of loan products, policies, and regulatory requirements. - Collaborating with team members to share best practices and support overall branch performance. - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to loan applications or accounts. - Utilizing bilingual skills (English and Spanish) to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base. - Adhering to compliance standards and company procedures to ensure ethical lending practices.
