Graduate Designer Construction

As a Graduate Designer Construction, you will join a growing interior fit-out specialist, starting within the Design team to develop technical design skills and commercial awareness. Your responsibilities include learning the company's products, systems, and processes, and then progressing into a more client-facing role supporting project acquisition and sales. You will work on interior fit-out projects, assisting in the creation of technical designs and ensuring alignment with client requirements. You will collaborate with the design team to produce detailed drawings and specifications, using design software and tools. You will also support the preparation of project proposals and presentations, contributing to the development of design solutions that meet commercial and aesthetic goals. As you gain experience, you will transition into an A&D Account Management pathway, where you will engage directly with clients, understand their needs, and help drive project acquisition. This role requires a proactive approach to learning and a willingness to take on increasing responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Strong technical design skills, including proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Commercial awareness and an interest in developing client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Previous internship or project experience in interior fit-out or construction is a plus.
