Morale, Well-being, and Recreation Internship

【岗位职责】 支持娱乐服务、青年项目、业务运营、特别活动和营销计划的执行；协助策划和实施提升海岸警卫队人员及其家属福祉的娱乐活动和事件；在娱乐和青年服务领域，协调体育联赛、健身项目以及儿童和青少年发展活动，确保安全且富有吸引力的环境；在业务运营中，支持健身中心、保龄球馆和娱乐中心等设施的管理，包括库存控制、日程安排和客户服务；为特别活动从概念到完成的规划、推广和执行做出贡献，涵盖物流、供应商协调和参与者参与；协助创建宣传材料、管理社交媒体账户并开展外联活动以提高项目知名度和参与度；执行数据录入、报告生成和通信等行政任务；与动态团队协作，在服务导向的环境中展现专业性、主动性和热情；与包括军事人员、家属和文职员工在内的多元受众有效沟通。 【任职要求】 每周承诺工作40小时；具备与娱乐、酒店、健身、体育管理、儿童和青少年发展、市场营销、商业管理或相关领域的学术课程互补的实践经验；能够有效与多元受众沟通；展现专业精神、主动性和热情。

Candidates must be actively enrolled in a degree program in Recreation, Hospitality, Fitness, Sports Management, Child & Youth Development, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. They must be in good academic standing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, service-focused environment.

Provides morale, well-being, and recreation services for United States Coast Guard personnel and families through programs in recreation, youth services, business operations, and special events.
