Staff Psychologist Primary Care - Mental Health Integration (PCMHI)

【岗位职责】 提供全面的心理服务，包括住院和门诊护理中的广泛干预措施；在初级保健诊所独立提供整合行为健康服务；进行心理评估，提供循证心理治疗，并为初级保健提供者提供咨询；与跨学科团队合作，处理初级保健背景下的心理健康问题（如抑郁、焦虑、物质使用和适应障碍）；制定并实施治疗计划，监测患者进展，并根据需要调整干预措施；参与项目评估和质量改进计划，可能为受训者提供培训或督导；与患者、家属及医疗人员有效沟通，确保协调护理；根据专业和监管标准维护准确的临床文档；根据需要与同事和主管进行咨询，促进协作和支持的工作环境。 【任职要求】 具备博士级别的独立工作能力；能够提供整合行为健康服务；拥有心理评估和循证心理治疗的专业技能；具备与跨学科团队协作的经验；能够处理抑郁、焦虑、物质使用和适应障碍等常见心理健康问题；有参与项目评估和质量改进的能力；具备培训或督导受训者的经验者优先；拥有良好的沟通和文档管理能力；能够遵守专业和监管标准；工作地点位于Millington CBOC和孟菲斯退伍军人事务医疗中心，服务于多元化的退伍军人群体。

Hold a full, current, and unrestricted license to practice psychology at the doctoral level in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia. Have a doctoral degree in psychology from a graduate program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA), the Psychological Clinical Science Accreditation System (PCSAS), or the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA). The specialty area must be consistent with the assignment, excluding school psychology. Must be proficient in spoken and written English. Must be a United States citizen; non-citizens may be appointed only when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.
