Psychologist-Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI)

【岗位职责】 在初级保健环境中提供整合行为健康服务，包括对抑郁症、焦虑症、物质使用和慢性病管理等心理健康和行为健康问题进行简短、循证的评估与干预；与初级保健提供者紧密合作，制定并实施治疗计划，提供患者护理咨询，并促进当日就诊的“温暖交接”；参与质量改进计划，向初级保健人员提供行为健康主题的教育，并在电子健康记录中及时维护文档；在阶梯式护理模式下工作，将患者分诊至适当的护理级别，通过主动外展和随访支持人群健康管理；参与项目开发与评估，确保符合循证实践和VA指南；监督心理学实习生，并参加跨学科团队会议以增强整合护理的交付。 【任职要求】 具备心理学相关专业博士学位或同等学历；持有有效的心理学执业执照；具有初级保健心理健康整合或相关领域的工作经验；熟悉循证评估和干预方法；具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力；能够适应快节奏的初级保健环境；有监督和教学经验者优先。

Qualifications include a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program, with a specialty area consistent with the assignment. Applicants must hold a full, current, and unrestricted license to practice psychology at the doctoral level in a U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia. U.S. citizenship is required. Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory. A degree in school psychology is not eligible. Alternatively, candidates may have a doctoral degree in any area of psychology and have completed a re-specialization program (including an approved internship) in an APA or CPA accredited doctoral program.
