Staff Psychologist (PCMHI) - EDRP/Relocation/Recruitment Incentive approved

【岗位职责】 提供全面的心理服务，包括在初级保健心理健康整合（PCMHI）项目中进行心理评估、诊断和循证心理治疗干预；与初级保健提供者、精神科医生及其他医疗专业人员紧密合作，提供整合的、以患者为中心的护理；制定和实施治疗计划，提供危机干预，并进行简短、聚焦的治疗；参与项目评估、质量改进计划和跨学科团队会议；按照VA政策维护准确的临床文档；根据需要监督心理学实习生；参与临床方案的制定；积极与初级保健人员协商，以加强心理健康的识别和管理；遵守伦理指南和专业标准，同时促进协作和支持性的临床环境。 【任职要求】 持有心理学博士学位（如Ph.D.或Psy.D.）；具备在初级保健环境中提供心理服务的经验；熟悉循证心理治疗干预；具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力；能够进行危机干预和简短治疗；有监督心理学实习生的经验者优先；了解VA政策和文档要求；遵守伦理和专业标准。

Qualifications: Must be a United States citizen. Non-citizens may be appointed only when qualified citizens cannot be recruited per VA policy. Education: Doctoral degree in psychology from a program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA), the Psychological Clinical Science Accreditation System (PCSAS), or the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) at the time of completion. The degree specialty must align with the assignment (e.g., clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or combinations). Degrees in school psychology are not eligible. Alternatively, a doctoral degree in any psychology area plus completion of an APA- or CPA-accredited re-specialization program, including an approved internship, with retraining consistent with the assignment. Official transcripts or certificates documenting re-specialization are required. Psychologists employed by VA prior to this standard who completed such re-specialization are considered fully qualified. Additional requirements: Must meet individual eligibility for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) per VHA policy, with application submission within four months of appointment. Program approval, award amount (up to $200,000), and eligibility period (one to five years) determined by VHA Education Loan Repayment Services.
