Staff Psychologist (Pain) - Remote w/EDRP

【岗位职责】 提供全面的心理服务，包括评估、诊断和治疗慢性疼痛患者；实施循证心理治疗干预，如针对疼痛的认知行为疗法、接纳承诺疗法和正念疗法；与跨学科团队协作制定综合疼痛管理计划；进行心理评估以评估疼痛相关的功能损伤、情绪困扰和共病精神障碍；按照监管标准维护准确及时的临床文档；参与治疗团队会议并提供疼痛心理学最佳实践咨询；参与项目开发和质量改进计划以提升患者预后；通过远程医疗平台有效提供服务、管理病例并协调护理；监督心理学实习生或受训者；参与持续专业发展以跟进疼痛心理学进展。 【任职要求】 具备远程临床工作能力，熟练使用远程医疗平台；能够遵守伦理指南和VA政策，确保文化胜任的护理；具备与跨学科团队协作的经验；能够管理病例并协调不同地点的患者与医疗服务提供者之间的护理；具备监督心理学实习生或受训者的能力；致力于持续专业发展以保持疼痛心理学领域的知识更新。

Qualifications include United States citizenship. Education must include a doctoral degree in psychology from a program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA), the Psychological Clinical Science Accreditation System (PCSAS), or the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) at the time of completion, with a specialty consistent with the pain assignment. Alternatively, a doctoral degree in any psychology area with completion of an APA- or CPA-accredited re-specialization program, including an approved internship, in a specialty consistent with the assignment. A doctoral degree awarded between 1951 and 1978 from a regionally-accredited institution with a primarily psychological dissertation is also acceptable. Additionally, successful completion of a professional psychology internship accredited by APA or CPA at the time of completion, consistent with the assignment, is required. New VHA psychology internship programs in the process of applying for APA accreditation, sanctioned by the VHA Central Office Program Director for Psychology and the VHA Office of Academic Affiliations at the time of completion, are acceptable.
