Psychologist Clinician Investigator

【岗位职责】 设计并实施研究项目，分析数据，撰写报告和论文；与跨学科团队合作推进心理健康护理；参与项目评估以评估和改进服务交付；提供数据驱动决策的咨询；在心理健康服务线内执行临床职责，包括为退伍军人提供心理评估、诊断、治疗计划和循证心理治疗；积极参与团队会议，监督受训人员，并遵守伦理和专业标准。 【任职要求】 具备心理学研究者的专业能力，能够为心理健康服务线执行团队、临床研究者团队、员工和培训项目提供统计和数据信息学支持；能够承担直接患者护理和评估的临床工作；具备设计研究、数据分析、报告撰写和跨学科协作的经验；熟悉项目评估方法；能够提供心理评估、诊断和治疗服务；具备监督受训人员和参与团队协作的能力；严格遵守伦理和职业标准。

Qualifications: Must be a United States citizen. Hold a doctoral degree in psychology from a graduate program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA), the Psychological Clinical Science Accreditation System (PCSAS), or the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) at the time of program completion. The specialty area of the degree must be consistent with the assignment. Have successfully completed a professional psychology internship training program accredited by APA or CPA at the time of program completion, consistent with the assignment. Demonstrated experience in research, program evaluation, and statistical analysis is required. Strong data informatic skills and ability to support clinical and training programs are essential.
