Staff Psychologist (BHIP)

【岗位职责】 在行为健康跨学科项目（BHIP）中为退伍军人提供全面的心理服务，包括：进行心理评估、诊断心理健康状况、制定循证治疗计划；提供个体和团体心理治疗，运用认知行为疗法、辩证行为疗法和创伤聚焦干预等模式；与精神科医生、社会工作者、护士及其他医疗专业人员协作，协调患者护理并确保综合治疗方法；参与危机干预、风险评估和急性精神症状管理；在电子健康记录中维护准确的临床文档，遵守退伍军人事务部政策和监管标准；参加团队会议、病例讨论和治疗计划会议以优化患者结果；为其他临床人员提供咨询，监督心理学实习生或见习生，并参与项目开发和质量改进举措；支持患者教育、复发预防和社区重返社会努力；参与外展活动以吸引退伍军人接受护理并减少治疗障碍；在康复导向框架内工作，促进患者自主性和韧性；为积极的团队文化做出贡献，促进同事间的协作和相互支持；可能需要在晚间或周末工作。 【任职要求】 积极从事循证实践，持续进行专业发展，并遵守伦理准则；具备处理多样化临床表现的能力，包括共病医疗状况、物质使用障碍和心理社会压力源；在跨学科团队环境中有效工作的灵活性；具备监督和指导心理学实习生的经验；参与项目开发和质量改进的意愿；致力于患者教育和社区外展；能够适应偶尔的晚间或周末工作安排。

Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program. Completion of an APA-accredited internship. Licensure as a psychologist in any state or territory of the United States. Experience in evidence-based psychotherapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-focused interventions. Proficiency in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience with crisis intervention and risk assessment. Supervisory experience with psychology trainees or interns preferred. Knowledge of VA policies and regulatory standards is desirable. Commitment to continuous professional development and ethical practice.
