Staff Psychologist (Education Debt Repayment and Sign on Bonus)

【岗位职责】 提供全面的心理服务，包括进行心理评估、诊断及基于证据的心理治疗干预；制定并实施治疗计划，提供危机干预，开展个体、团体及家庭治疗；与跨学科团队协作协调患者护理，参与治疗计划会议，并为其他医疗专业人员提供咨询；按照监管标准维护准确及时的临床文档；监督心理学实习生，参与项目开发及质量改进计划；开展外展活动以促进心理健康意识和服务可及性；遵循伦理准则和专业标准，专注于以患者为中心的护理和循证实践。 【任职要求】 具备心理学相关专业博士学位或同等学历；持有或符合资格获得州级心理学家执业执照；完成APA认可的实习培训；具有在医疗环境中提供心理服务的经验；熟悉循证治疗方法和评估工具；具备良好的跨学科协作和沟通能力；能够独立工作并管理多样化患者群体；有监督和教学经验者优先；承诺遵守伦理规范和持续专业发展。

Qualifications: Must be a United States citizen. Must be proficient in spoken and written English. Education: Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program, or a re-specialization program, or a doctoral degree awarded between 1951 and 1978 with a psychological dissertation. Internship: Completion of an APA or CPA accredited professional psychology internship, or a VHA-sanctioned program, or a pre-1979 VHA internship, or board certification by the American Board of Professional Psychology.
