Staff Psychologist-Mental Health Out Patient

【岗位职责】 提供全面的心理服务给退伍军人，包括进行诊断评估、制定并实施基于证据的治疗计划、提供个体和团体心理治疗；与跨学科团队协作协调患者护理，包括与初级保健、精神科和社会工作的咨询；进行危机干预、风险评估和管理急性心理健康问题；在电子健康记录中及时准确地维护临床文档，遵守VA和专业标准；参与项目评估、质量改进计划，并根据分配监督心理学实习生；开展外展和教育活动，以促进退伍军人社区的心理健康意识和服务获取。 【任职要求】 具备心理学博士学位（如临床心理学、咨询心理学等）；持有或符合获得州或地区心理学家执照的资格；有在心理健康门诊环境中工作的经验，熟悉退伍军人事务（VA）系统者优先；具备诊断评估、循证治疗和危机干预的临床技能；能够与多学科团队有效协作；具备良好的沟通、文档管理和督导能力；致力于退伍军人心理健康服务。

Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program. Successful completion of a professional psychology internship training program accredited by APA or CPA. United States citizenship required. Licensure as a psychologist in a state or territory of the United States is preferred. Experience in outpatient mental health settings and with veteran populations is highly desirable. Strong clinical skills in evidence-based psychotherapies, such as CBT, DBT, or ACT. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
