Staff Psychologist - Recruitment/Relocation Incentive - EDRP Approved - CLC

【岗位职责】 提供全面的心理评估、诊断、治疗和咨询服务给社区生活中心的居民；进行综合性心理评估，制定并实施循证治疗方案；提供个体和团体心理治疗；与跨学科团队协作，处理居民复杂需求（包括慢性疾病、认知障碍和精神健康问题）；进行危机干预和行为管理；为居民家属和护理人员提供教育及支持；参与项目开发、质量改进计划及实习生临床督导；按专业标准和机构政策记录临床活动；为其他部门提供咨询；参与研究或培训活动以提升护理质量。 【任职要求】 持有心理学博士学位或同等学历；完成APA认可的实习项目；具备临床心理学执照或资格；有老年护理、慢性疾病或认知障碍领域经验者优先；熟悉循证治疗方法和跨学科协作；具备危机干预和行为管理技能；良好的沟通和团队合作能力；能独立工作并承担临床责任；符合EDRP批准及招聘/搬迁激励条件。

Qualifications: Must be a U.S. citizen. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required. Education: A doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program at the time of completion; OR a doctoral degree in any area of psychology with completion of an APA or CPA accredited re-specialization program including an approved internship; OR a doctoral degree awarded between 1951 and 1978 from a regionally-accredited institution with a dissertation primarily psychological in nature. Internship: Completion of a professional psychology internship accredited by APA or CPA at the time of completion; OR completion of a VHA psychology internship program sanctioned by VHA Central Office and Office of Academic Affiliations; OR completion of a full-time, one-year pre-doctoral internship at a VHA facility prior to 1979; OR current board certification by the American Board of Professional Psychology in a specialty consistent with the assignment.
