Staff Psychologist Behavioral Health / SCI - EDRP Approved, Recruitment/Relocation Incentive

【岗位职责】 提供心理评估、诊断和治疗服务，针对脊髓损伤患者及相关行为健康问题；与跨学科团队合作，制定并实施个性化治疗计划；开展个体和团体心理治疗，并根据需要提供危机干预；设计、实施和评估针对脊髓损伤人群的行为健康项目；参与临床督导、心理学实习生培训及质量改进活动；按照VA政策和标准记录临床活动；致力于改善脊髓损伤退伍军人的心理健康和生活质量。 【任职要求】 具备心理学相关专业资质，持有有效执业证书；有脊髓损伤或行为健康领域工作经验者优先；熟悉心理评估、诊断和治疗技术；具备跨学科协作和沟通能力；能够参与项目开发和评估工作；符合VA对临床记录和文档的标准要求；通过EDRP批准，并接受招聘/搬迁激励条件。

Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be proficient in spoken and written English. Must possess a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program at the time of completion, or a doctoral degree in any area of psychology with completion of an APA or CPA accredited re-specialization program in a specialty consistent with the assignment, or a doctoral degree awarded between 1951 and 1978 from a regionally-accredited institution with a dissertation primarily psychological in nature. Must have successfully completed a professional psychology internship training program accredited by APA or CPA at the time of completion, or a new VHA psychology internship program sanctioned by VHA Central Office, or a full-time one-year pre-doctoral internship at a VHA facility prior to 1979, or current board certification by the American Board of Professional Psychology in a specialty consistent with the assignment.
