Staff Psychologist- -Recruitment/Relocation - EDRP Approved

【岗位职责】 提供全面的心理服务，包括进行心理评估、诊断心理健康状况并制定循证治疗方案；运用认知行为疗法、辩证行为疗法等实证支持干预方法提供个体和团体心理治疗；与跨学科团队协作协调患者护理，参与治疗计划会议并为其他医疗专业人员提供咨询；按照监管标准维护准确的临床文档，包括进展记录、治疗计划和出院总结；监督心理学实习生和见习生，提供临床指导和反馈；参与项目评估和质量改进计划以提升服务交付；通过继续教育保持专业发展，并可能参与部门内的研究活动；遵守心理实践相关的伦理准则和法律要求。 【任职要求】 具备心理学相关专业资质，能够胜任上述岗位职责；熟悉心理评估、诊断和治疗流程；掌握认知行为疗法、辩证行为疗法等循证干预方法；具备跨学科协作和沟通能力；能够准确完成临床文档工作；有监督心理学实习生的经验或能力；参与过项目评估或质量改进工作；持续关注专业发展并参与继续教育；遵守伦理和法律规范。

Qualifications include a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program, with the specialty area consistent with the assignment. Alternatively, a doctoral degree in any area of psychology with completion of an APA or CPA accredited re-specialization program in the relevant specialty, or a doctoral degree awarded between 1951 and 1978 from a regionally-accredited institution with a primarily psychological dissertation. Candidates must have successfully completed a professional psychology internship training program that was accredited. United States citizenship is required, and non-citizens may be appointed only when qualified citizens cannot be recruited. Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory. Additional requirements include eligibility for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), with individual eligibility determined per VHA policy and application submission within four months of appointment.
