Staff Psychologist

【岗位职责】 提供专业的心理服务，包括心理评估、诊断和基于证据的心理治疗干预；与跨学科团队合作制定和实施治疗计划；根据需要提供危机干预；按照VA政策维护详尽的临床文档；与其他医疗专业人员提供咨询；参与临床病例讨论；参与项目评估和质量改进计划以提升患者护理效果。 【任职要求】 持有心理学相关专业学位；具备在医疗机构提供心理服务的经验；熟悉循证心理治疗方法；能够与多学科团队有效协作；具备危机干预能力；遵守伦理和专业标准；具备良好的文档记录能力；能够适应无固定时间或常规排班的工作安排。

Must be a citizen of the United States. Must hold a doctoral degree in psychology from a graduate program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA), the Psychological Clinical Science Accreditation System (PCSAS), or the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) at the time the program was completed. Must have successfully completed a professional psychology internship training program accredited by the APA or CPA at the time the program was completed.
