【岗位职责】 提供全面的心理服务，包括进行心理评估、诊断心理健康状况、制定个性化治疗方案；为患者提供循证心理治疗，涵盖个体、团体和家庭治疗模式；与跨学科团队协作协调患者护理，参与治疗计划会议，并为其他医疗专业人员提供咨询；按照监管标准维护准确及时的临床文档，参与质量改进计划，并促进项目发展；根据需要监督心理学实习生并参与研究活动。 【任职要求】 具备心理学相关专业资质；拥有在医疗机构提供心理服务的经验；熟悉心理评估工具和诊断标准；掌握循证心理治疗方法；具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力；能够遵守临床文档规范；有质量改进和项目开发经验者优先；具备监督和指导能力；有研究经验者优先。

Qualifications include a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program, with a specialty consistent with the assignment. Alternatively, a doctoral degree with completion of an APA or CPA accredited re-specialization program, or a doctoral degree awarded between 1951 and 1978 from a regionally accredited institution with a psychological dissertation. Must have completed a professional psychology internship accredited by APA or CPA, or a VHA-sanctioned internship program. United States citizenship is required. Transcripts are required to verify education.
