Psychology Program Manager - Substance Use Disorder

The Psychology Program Manager for Substance Use Disorder oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of psychological services within the substance use disorder treatment program. Key responsibilities include: - Program Management: Directing and coordinating the daily operations of the substance use disorder psychology program, ensuring alignment with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards. This involves setting program goals, monitoring outcomes, and adjusting services to meet patient needs. - Clinical Supervision: Providing clinical supervision and consultation to psychology staff, interns, and trainees. This includes reviewing clinical cases, offering guidance on evidence-based treatments, and ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards. - Direct Patient Care: Delivering comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based psychotherapies to individuals with substance use disorders.
