Staff Psychologist - Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program

【岗位职责】 在跨学科团队框架内提供全面的心理服务，包括进行心理评估、诊断性评估及基于证据的心理治疗干预；与医疗专业人员合作制定并实施综合治疗计划，确保行为健康服务的连续性；临床职责涵盖个体、团体及家庭治疗、危机干预及行为健康咨询；参与治疗团队会议、病例讨论及必要时对实习生的临床督导；按要求在电子健康记录中记录临床活动，并遵守专业及监管标准；参与项目评估、质量改进计划及临床方案的制定；开展外展和教育活动以促进心理健康意识并减少污名化；可能参与与行为健康结果相关的研究活动；灵活应对患者需求和系统变化，专注于以患者为中心的护理和康复导向实践。 【任职要求】 具备心理学博士学位或同等学历；持有或符合州级心理学家执照资格；完成美国心理学会认可的实习培训；具备行为健康领域临床经验，包括评估、诊断及循证治疗；熟悉跨学科团队协作模式；具备电子健康记录系统操作能力；了解专业及监管标准；具备良好的沟通、协作及督导能力；对研究活动有兴趣者优先；能够适应动态工作环境并关注患者需求。

Qualifications include United States citizenship and English language proficiency. Education requires a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program, or a doctoral degree with completion of an APA or CPA accredited re-specialization program consistent with the assignment, or a doctoral degree awarded between 1951 and 1978 from a regionally-accredited institution with a dissertation primarily psychological in nature. Internship must be completed in an APA or CPA accredited professional psychology internship program consistent with the assignment; alternative internships sanctioned by VHA Central Office or pre-1979 VHA internships are acceptable. Applicants must meet grade-specific requirements as outlined in the job announcement. Additional requirements may include licensure or certification as a psychologist in a state or territory of the United States.
