Staff Psychologist - Geropsychology

【岗位职责】 为老年患者提供全面的心理服务，包括进行心理评估、制定并实施循证治疗方案、提供针对老年人群的个体和团体心理治疗；与跨学科团队合作，处理老年人复杂的医疗、认知和心理社会需求（如痴呆、抑郁、焦虑和慢性疾病患者）；执行认知和神经心理学评估、提供行为健康咨询、并在需要时进行危机干预；参与治疗计划会议、按照监管标准记录临床活动、并推动项目发展和质量改进计划；为心理学实习生及其他医疗人员提供监督和培训；参与研究或学术活动以推进老年心理学实践。 【任职要求】 具备老年心理学领域的专业资质和经验；能够独立完成心理评估、治疗和干预工作；熟悉老年人群常见疾病（如痴呆、抑郁、焦虑、慢性疾病）的心理干预方法；具备跨学科协作能力；掌握认知和神经心理学评估技能；有危机干预经验；了解医疗监管标准和文档要求；具备监督和培训能力；有参与研究或学术活动的意愿或经验。

Qualifications include United States citizenship and proficiency in spoken and written English. Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in psychology from a graduate program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA), the Psychological Clinical Science Accreditation System (PCSAS), or the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) at the time of program completion. Additionally, applicants must have successfully completed a professional psychology internship training program accredited by APA or CPA that is consistent with the geropsychology assignment. Experience in geropsychology, including assessment and treatment of older adults, is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team setting.
