Psychologist (Supportive Recovery Services)

【岗位职责】 提供全面的心理评估、诊断和治疗，针对物质使用障碍康复者；开展循证个体和团体治疗，制定并实施治疗计划；与跨学科团队协作支持患者康复；进行心理评估（包括认知和人格评估）以指导治疗决策；根据需要提供危机干预和风险评估；参与治疗团队会议以协调护理；参与项目开发和质量改进计划以提升服务交付；按照专业和监管标准维护准确的临床文档；监督心理学实习生，为部门培训使命做出贡献；向其他医疗提供者提供患者心理方面的咨询；参与研究或学术活动以推进支持性康复服务领域；营造促进患者参与和长期康复的治疗环境；协助开发心理教育材料和社区外展项目；适应不断变化的患者需求和项目要求。 【任职要求】 掌握成瘾心理学和康复导向护理的最佳实践；具备灵活性以应对患者需求和项目要求的变化；能够积极参与研究或学术活动；具备监督和培训心理学实习生的能力；能够与其他医疗提供者有效协作并提供咨询。

Must be a United States citizen. Non-citizens may be appointed only when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens. Must hold a doctoral degree in psychology from a graduate program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA), the Psychological Clinical Science Accreditation System (PCSAS), or the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) at the time of program completion. The specialty area of the degree must be consistent with the assignment. Must have successfully completed a professional psychology internship training program accredited by APA or CPA at the time of program completion, consistent with the assignment. Must meet individual eligibility requirements for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) if applying for that benefit.
