Senior Social Worker (BHIP)

【岗位职责】 负责在行为健康跨学科项目（BHIP）内提供全面的临床社会工作服务，包括进行生物心理社会评估、制定并实施治疗计划，以及为个人、团体和家庭提供循证心理治疗；与跨学科团队协作协调护理，包括与医务人员、心理学家、精神科医生及其他医疗专业人员会诊；管理复杂病例（常涉及共病精神健康与物质使用障碍），并根据需要进行危机干预和风险评估；按照监管标准维护准确的临床文档，参与项目评估和质量改进计划，为初级社会工作者或实习生提供临床督导；参与社区外展、倡导和教育，以支持患者获取资源并确保护理连续性。 【任职要求】 具备高级临床判断能力，能够在快节奏的医疗环境中独立工作。

Applicants must meet all requirements within 30 days of the closing date. Basic requirements include U.S. citizenship, a master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited school, state licensure to independently practice social work at the master's level, and English proficiency. For GS-12 Senior Social Worker grade determination: at least two years of post-advanced practice clinical licensure experience, with one year equivalent to GS-11, demonstrating advanced practice skills and expertise in a specialized area. Senior social workers must hold advanced practice level licensure or certification.
