Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy Multi

The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services to patients. This role involves evaluating patients, setting treatment goals, planning individualized programs, and delivering therapy in accordance with physician orders. The therapist maintains required patient records and clinical notes, assists in directing physical therapy technicians and support personnel, and assumes responsibility for accurate physical therapy charges. Additionally, the therapist participates in ongoing educational programs and adheres to all departmental policies and procedures.

Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice. Current BLS certification required. Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
